We, at Battery wala, are an online store for the purchase of all kinds of batteries like a car battery, inverter battery, and generator batteries to Kanpur & suburbs. We supply 100% genuine products and deal Exide &Microtek. All battery items sold by us come with a fixed manufacturer’s warranty and proper bill. The prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of all the charges. There are no sorts of hidden costs, extra charges, or service tax. All the deliveries and shipments made by us are free of cost.
IMPORTANT: No warranty claims will be entertained without the show of original warranty card from the manufacturer and invoice copy. If you don’t have the warranty card, at least the copy of bill must be available for warranty purposes.
Order Placement and Delivery Timings
- The customer can place the order at any time of their convenience. However, only the orders which are placed before 5 PM will be fulfilled on the same day.
- The orders placed after 5 PM do not have a fixed guarantee of same day delivery. In that case, the order will be delivered positively next morning.
- Once the order is placed, the customer will receive a call from our verification manager to verify the order, shipping details, and customer availability. The order will be delivered to customer’s doorstep only after the confirmation call.
- The customer can expect their orders to be delivered within 2-4 hours.
- The delivery can be expected to delay in case of unavoidable reasons like bad weather, traffic jam, political disruption, or unavailability of the product.
Delivery Conditions
- All the products sold by Battery Wala come with manufacturer’s warranty and proper bill.
- Delivery of all the products is absolutely free of cost only for the places mentioned on the website.
- The prices mentioned on the website are fixed and inclusive of everything. They do not contain any sort of hidden costs, extra charges, or service tax.
- Delivery is expected within 2-4 hours after the confirmation of order.
- Delivery may be expected to delay by more than 4 hours due to unavoidable reasons like bad weather, traffic jam, political disruption, or unavailability of the product.
- Only two attempts will be made by us to deliver the shipment. Failing which, the order placed will be cancelled at our discretion.
Installation Policy
- All the installations are done between 9 AM to 9 PM, once the order is placed by the customer and confirmed to our verification manager.
- All the installations services provided by us are free of cost and are done by professionals.
- In the case of inverter battery combo i.e. inverter battery and inverter machine installation, the free installation is limited only to the mains supply. No part of the cost of any additional wiring/connections or any other electrical accessories like sockets, switches, wires, etc. will be covered by us. The customer agrees to bear the extra charges in case any extra work or electrical item is required.
- For installation of batteries above the ground, a nominal amount of Rs. 100 will be charged as labor fee in case there is no lift in the building. A working lift is mandatory for the deliveries above the ground floor.

Cancellation Policy
We assure customers to help them through this process and have easy and simple cancellation policies.
Don’t worry customers, we believe in serving you in the right way.
Under cancellation policy:
- Cancellation request should be considered within 30minutes of placing an order. In case, if the orders have been processed for shipping then Rs.200 is charged for order cancellation fee. If batterywala.in cancels the order, then no cancellation fee will be charged. We cancel the order only due to non-availability or any other reason.
- In case, the receipt is damaged or found defected, then do report to our customer care team about the issue which has been faced. We will resolve it and replace it with a brand new one without any hidden cost. The request will be valid only at the time of delivery of the product. Please do file the complaint immediately.
- Suppose you feel that your product has been exchanged or it is not as per your order, then customers should bring this issue in front of us. This complaint should be done at the time of delivery and it will be resolved then and there.
- If you have complaints or issues regarding the product’s warranty, assurance or manufacturing, then please bring it to our notice. We will help you always in all ways.
How to cancel the orders before you have received your product?
We hope that you never have to face such situation, but still we will guide you through this procedure. If you have placed an order and wished to cancel it, kindly call to our registered numbers For further assistance, you can also e-mail or Whatsapp us with all the important details related to your order of your product.
How to cancel my order if it’s been already dispatched?
Most of our orders are dispatched within 2 hours of receiving the order but sometimes the customers like to cancel it back due to some reasons. Then the customers have to bear the cost of Rs.200 as order cancellation fee.
Customers who are Not Eligible for Return or Replacement
Some customers are not eligible for returns or replacement of their product. As, it is in our policy; we follow them. Those people are:
- Any product that is returned without original packaging, which includes the box and all other items which were included during the time of delivery of the product.
- The customer is not eligible for any defect/damage which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Products with fidgeted conditions or missing serial/UPC numbers.
- Damages caused by misusing of the product.
- Irregular damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
Refund Policy
The given refund policy is applicable to the buyers who have initiated the cancellation of the order.
For online payers: Order cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order will get complete refund of product value.
For online payers: Order is cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order + process of shipping is done = cancellation fee + 2% of product value will be charged.
How to receive the refund? After following the whole procedure, the refund amount of your returned product will be credited to your respective bank account/ credit card/ debit card/ net banking within 7- 10 business days.

- If a defective or non-functional battery or inverter is delivered
- If a wrong battery / product is delivered to you
- If the battery delivered to you is dead
- If the user finds that product’s original packing was damaged or tempered
Once the order is delivered to the customer and the product is found defective then customer must immediately inform to us regarding the defect / damage / non-functioning / or wrong order delivery at our number 9839918058 or mail us on amitmehrotra008@gmail.com. Then we arrange the process of refund, replacement or money back claim by sending our representative for collection of the product.
For money back / refund or replacement of any product, customer should be ready with relevant provisions like
- Customer must help our executive while the refund process by providing the product with complete packing, its manuals, warranty cards, accessories, booklets, freebies and other stuff that comes with the product.
- While pick-up of the product, customer have to fill the acknowledgement form provided by us. That form must be kept by the customer safe and the same will be used in all the further communication with us for the refund / replacement / or money back claim.
If in case, any defect arises after the delivery, installation and demo of the product then BatteryWala is not responsible for any return or money back claim and in that case of such defects the service / support will be entertained by respective company / brand as per the company’s respective norms or warranty terms.
Warranty Policy
When to claim for warranty?
The chance of any problem occurring with the device is very less but if you face any kind of problem, we are there to help you. We will help you whenever there are:
- Installation problems with the device or whenever the customers are not able to understand the proper working of the device.
- Technical issues with the batteries.
- The battery is not charging properly or is not working for the desired number of hours.
For any problem, contact the customer care service of the respective batteries. The customers will be given free service if the product if it is within the warranty period.
How to claim for any product during the Warranty Period?
A procedure is followed to claim the product which is within the warranty period. Few original documents are required to claim for the repair or replace the product. The steps to claim for your warranty are:
- Present your original Documents: The customers are provided bills and the warranty card during the purchase of the product. The original copy of the bill and the warranty cards must be there for claiming for the warranty of their product.
- Call the customer care: Each and every brand has their service centers which are specially made to solve the problems of their customers. A particular customer care number is provided to the users. Therefore, in the case of any issue with the device, quickly call the customer care service of the respective manufacturer. Provide the representative the details of the product and explain them the problem you have been facing.
- Schedule a Day: The professionals of the customer care office of the different manufacturers look into the problem, and if assistance is required, they go for an inspection. A particular day should be fixed by you; when you can explain the problems you have been facing. They diagnose and resolve your problem.
- You must present the original documents which include the bill and the warranty card and should hand over a copy of the documents to the service personnel who attends your device.
For any technical problems, installation or other related problems give a call to the customer care service of the respective manufacturers. Few devices have the warranty details installed on the device itself.
Note: Without ORIGINAL WARRANTY CARD and INVOICE COPY no warranty claims will be entertained by any manufacturer. In few cases, some companies do not provide a WARRANTY CARD to the customers, and then the INVOICE COPY given to the customers should be preserved for warranty purposes.
Manufacturers of the product are responsible for only the promises or the warranties made during the selling of the products. They are liable to solve only the issues which come due to some technical mistakes, in case you drop the battery, or there is some damage caused due to water, the manufacturer will not be responsible for the product.
The products at BatteryWala are original and therefore, warranty services are provided to the customers for whichever product they buy.
